John Githongo, the publisher of the online publication The Elephant, talks to Dr Ato Kwamena Onoma, the Senior Program Officer for Research at the Council for the Development of Social Science Research in Africa (CODESRIA) based in Dakar, Senegal.
Dr Onoma is an accomplished academic and author of two books, ‘The Politics of Property Rights Institutions in Africa’ (New York: Cambridge University Press, 2009) and ‘Anti-refugee Violence and African Politics’ (New York: Cambridge University Press, 2013).
